What a whirlwind THURSDAY and FRIDAY

Boy, last Thursday and Friday were driving and attending meetings. I drove to and from both meeting on the same day.

Thurday, I had to attend a Psychiatric Evalation workshop. As many of you know, I am a Licensed Therapist. At the meeting we covered the DSM IV-TR and looked at how to diagnose. Dr Lorraine Wolfe of Boston University was the presenter. The meeting was at Middle Tennessee State University.

Friday I attended the Memphis in May College Student Affairs Conference at the UofM. The keynote speaker was Dr Vincent Tinto. He is a leading authority in College Student Services. The presentations were very good.

On the way home from the MIMSAC, I was able to pick up my Lawnmower at the Sears Service Center in Memphis. A little pricy for a repair, but still cheaper than a new lawnmower.

Now here is the bad news. Chemlawn sprayed, and I can't mow for three days. So I guess I will have to wait to test the repared mower.

Happy Mom's day to all moms

I took my stepmom and my dad to Hannabby's Buffet for mother's day. It was a very nice meal for both of them.
