Am I the only one getting spam replys on a blog?

I get this type of a reply post, but usually more tastless topics: "Great Blog! Check out my blog showing three-eyed cats!"

I have changed the settings to require an "anon" poster to have to take an extra step to post. I hate to do that, but I really don't want the spam!
