The Italian Festival June 3, 2006
Well, I went to the Italian Festival in Memphis three weeks ago. these are my pictures from th event.
The top picture is someone that I have known forever, Pete Rizzo. Pete works with the Redbirds and if you see him , tell hi for me. Pete and I went to St Paul and Bishop Byrne. The picture is to prove to many many people that Pete is still alive! We both graduated in 1971. You know, in the dark ages before computers!!!!
You know, when people see someone with two cameras wandering around, they scream to get a picture taken. The Middle picture is just that, Five guys yelling at me (I had two cameras) to take their picture. I do not know who they are, but I had two cameras, they were yelling, and figured its a good picture of merriment at the festival. So, I took the picture.
The third or bottom picture is one of an old High School buddy, Tom Glaser, I've known Tom since he was in the 6th grade and I was in the 7th grade at St Paul School. He and his Cardamone Cafe booth won the Showmanship Award for the Italian Gravy (translated: Spaghetti Sauce). Not bad, Tom! I think he must've used that age old family recipe, you know the one he'd have to kill us if he shared it!!
I had a great time, and it all helped Holy Rosary School.

I've just been googling "Bishop Byrne" this morning because a guy named Mike Bonds found my blog the same way. You both graduated in 1971
and I in 1972. I saw these pics and remember the guy named Pete Rizzo! Wow! I knew Tom Glaser, but I don't know if he'd remember me.
It was so fun to see his picture.
Everyone looks great!
I have not been to any reunions since 1977. :( So, this was sorta special.
I was Suzanne Morgan in those days.
This was fun! God bless you and your family! :)
