wing it weekend bringing Buffalo to me!
I just got our order of Wings from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo. The Anchor Bar is the originator of the Buffalo Wing. They created the concept and offered it first!
Today I will put on my "I survived the Suicide Wings at Anchor Bar" shirt, eat wings, and cheer for the Memphis Tigers and the Tennessee Vols on TV.
My wife and I plan to chow down today munching down those great great wings!
I guess in short, Life Is Good!

Hey, Fred. Eating wings from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, my family's place of origin, and living in Jackson, TN, my hometown since 1970 (I managed the Shoney's on N. Highland for several years before going off to seminary), and a fan of the Wizard of Oz film...we have WAY too much in common. Next time I'm visiting my folks in north Jackson maybe we can share some wings. Go Tigers! Go Vols!
Well, Reggi's here in Jackson has the best wings in this area.....We also have a Buffalo Wild Wings here...Give me a call when you stop in Jackson!
Now if it is BBQ you want, then We may need to go to Reggi's or Lathams.
There's an open invite from Annette and I for lunch or dinner at the place of your choice, even Dixie Castle!
